The following applies to the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to purchases and newsletters:
If in the (near) past you have subscribed to our newsletter and/or provided your contact details through an account when purchasing or registering with our web shop, you have indicated that you would like to be kept up to date with the latest developments at Woontante through e-mail messages (a.o. newsletters, information on offers and promotions) and/or have the contact details used to have a purchase delivered. We would like to continue doing this.
Since we are in possession of these contact details, we are obliged under the new privacy legislation (AVG), which came into effect on 25 May 2018, to point out to you that if you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, you can simply unsubscribe via the link "Unsubscribe from this newsletter" at the bottom of every newsletter that is sent out. Your data will then be deleted from our system. If you would like to have your contact details for previous purchases removed, you can request this at any time by sending an e-mail (info@woontante.com).
If you wish to continue receiving our newsletters, announcements and/or your account, you do not need to take any action.
All data that you enter and leave on the website will be carefully and securely stored. We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which you have shared it with us. We only share personal data with external parties to provide our services and enable our operational activities, or when we are legally obliged to do so. In all other cases, we will always ask for your consent. You may of course always ask us what we know about you and correct possibly incorrect personal data.
Woontante's website makes use of 'cookies'. These are small files that are stored on your hard disk through your browser. Cookies do not reveal who you are, what your age is or what address you live at. It only ensures that repeated use simplifies your online experience. It is possible to delete cookies on your computer. Please refer to the manual of your internet browser.
