Delivery Costs & Time

Delivery costs within the Netherlands are €6.45. For orders with an order value above €50, the shipping costs are free.

All delivery costs outside the Netherlands are calculated by weight and are given at the checkout when the shipping address is chosen.

Orders will be processed after the payment transaction has been successfully completed.
(NB: payments via iDeal are processed within 1 working day and via Klarna/CreditCard 2 to 3 working days).

The average delivery time within The Netherlands is 2 to 3 working days after successful payment transaction (excluding unforeseen circumstances). Please take into account weekends and holidays when no orders are sent out.

Woontante staff will check the item to be delivered with the greatest possible care before shipment. Any imperfections etc. in the item are deemed to be characteristic of the item in question. This can never be a ground for shortcoming in the delivery.

The delivery is outsourced to various courier services and is standard with track and trace. If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, the package will usually be offered to the neighbours. If the package explicitly cannot be delivered to the neighbours, then we will preferably choose a parcel service point close to your given delivery address to pick it up yourself. Of course, you will be informed about this.
If your purchase is ready at a parcel service point, you will be asked to collect it within 3 days. If the shipment is automatically returned by the courier service, additional charges may apply.

For deliveries of larger items to the Wadden Islands, additional costs may apply. Contact us in advance to discuss the total delivery costs for this area.

Any added remarks to your order will be taken into account as much as possible. However, should this not be possible, Woontante is not liable for any consequences.

If an order consists of several items, Woontante reserves the right to carry out the order in several parts. For example, it may be the case that an item has just been sold out and will be back in stock later. On the next delivery, of course, no extra delivery costs will apply. However, if the customer would like to receive the order in one go, then this must be noted when placing the order.

Woontante always reserves the right to cancel an order. Of course all payments will be refunded and we will provide a reason for the cancellation.
