Customer Complaints

We understand that it is frustrating if you are unsatisfied or have a complaint about our service. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to communicate your complaint to us by email, with 'Complaint' in the subject field. Our customer service staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. Our email address is: info@woontante.com

Upon receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. If you have not received this confirmation within two days, please contact us by phone via: 020-676 69 26. We aim to answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.

If this is not to your satisfaction, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which the Woontante webshop has been affiliated since February 2016. Should the mediation attempt not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Dispute Commission (SGC).
