We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Should you wish to return any products from your order, please follow these steps:
- To make a return visit your ORDER HISTORY page in YOUR ACCOUNT.
- Select your order and choose the products you wish to return, fill in the REASON FOR RETURN box and click the REQUEST A RETURN button.
- Please print out your return document and slip it into your package. If you don't have access to a printer, a handwritten note on your original invoice will suffice.
- NB: As soon as your return has been shipped, please email us (info@woontante.com) your Track & Trace number so that we can issue your refund more proficiently.
If you placed an order as a guest, please email us at info@woontante.com with 'Return Request' & your order number in the subject line for your return document. Then follow steps 3 & 4 above.
All products must be returned in their original package if possible, unused and without damage within 14 calendar days after receipt. Returns are at your own expense and responsibility.
Upon receiving your package, we will notify you by email. We will then begin processing the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back using your original payment method.
If you are returning the product via a carrier, please keep your proof of shipment with the shipping code. Please note: Returning your product is at your own risk. It is impossible for us to replace, exchange or refund products that are lost during shipment. If the return exceeds the 14 day period, Woontante reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge processing costs.
If a product in your order has been damaged, you will have 48 hours after you have received it to report it to our Customer Service. You can report this using your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) to our Customer Service department via info@woontante.com. Woontante will then contact you for the next steps.
