Classic ceramic tagine in an 'Old World Blue' design. Our conical-shaped lid allows the steam to circulate and helps keep the ingredients tender and moist. If you have a lot of broth in your tagine, you can tilt the lid open, and hold it with a spoon. Traditionally used by nomads as portable ovens for making stews over charcoal fires, the tagine is ideal for both cooking and serving. Oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. Not suitable for stove top use.
